Accessibility

Effective October 21, 2026

How we make the website usable for everyone, and how to tell us about a barrier.

Prominent wants everyone to be able to look up a property, ask a question and request an offer, including people who use assistive technology.

Our standard

We build and test the website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That includes keyboard access to every control, visible focus, text alternatives for images, headings and labels that screen readers can follow, sufficient color contrast, captions or text for information shown visually, and respect for your device's reduced-motion setting.

Maps and visual features

Interactive maps, the 3D property view and animated sections are visual by nature. The information they show is also available as text on the same page: place lists and links, property details, and the steps of a sale. If anything shown visually isn't available to you, tell us and we'll provide it another way.

Languages

The website is available in English and Spanish. The language selector at the bottom of each page switches to the same page in the other language when it exists.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as map imagery from our providers, may not fully meet every guideline. We review new features before release and fix problems we find or are told about.

Tell us about a barrier

Email info@prominentcashoffer.com with the subject "Accessibility," the page you were on and what happened. We'll reply within 5 business days, and we can take your offer request or answer your question by email in the meantime.
