Prominent Cash Offer, LLC ("Prominent," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you visit prominentcashoffer.com, look up a property, use our AI concierge, ask for an offer or a call, or use your Prominent account (together, the "Services").
Privacy at a glance
- We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with buyers, investors or partners.
- We don't use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, retargeting pixels or session-recording tools.
- We set strictly necessary cookies for security, signing in and features you ask for. Where we use site analytics, it's first-party: only we receive it.
- Your browser doesn't contact Google, our AI provider or our property-data providers directly: those requests go through our servers.
- If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, or you opt out on Your Privacy Choices, we don't set analytics cookies.
- Asking us to contact you about your property is not a sign-up for marketing. We don't send marketing messages to sellers.
1. Information we collect
Contact information. Your name, email address and phone number when you ask for an offer or a call, and the contact preferences you choose.
Property information. Addresses you search for or submit; property characteristics, tax and sale records we can match to that address; map coordinates; and details and corrections you give us, such as condition, occupancy, repairs and timeline.
Requests and account activity. Offer requests, call requests and the times you choose, messages and documents in your account, and the status of your request.
AI concierge conversations. What you write to the concierge and the property context on your screen at the time. See section 4.
Technical and security information. IP address and device or browser signals used to protect the Services (for example by Cloudflare's security check), request timestamps, error logs, and aggregate counts of how features are used.
Site analytics. Where we use it and it's permitted, a random first-party identifier in a cookie lets us see how this browser moves through our own site: pages viewed and their type, the site or campaign that brought you, device type and browser, approximate region from your IP address (the IP address itself isn't stored), and actions such as starting an address search or sending a request. We don't record what you type, the addresses you look at, or your name, email or phone in analytics, and we don't infer anything about your finances, health or personal circumstances.
Consent records. The consent wording you were shown, what you accepted, when and where, and any opt-outs, so we can honor your choices.
2. Where information comes from
From you; from your use of the Services; from public records and licensed property-data providers matched to an address you search; and from the service providers that help us run the Services. Public-record information can be incomplete or out of date and doesn't establish who owns a property or has authority to sell it.
3. How we use information
- To find and confirm a property, show its available details, and let you correct them.
- To answer your requests: reviewing a property, preparing an offer, arranging the call you asked for, and running your account.
- To provide the AI concierge.
- To protect the Services: verifying that requests come from people, preventing abuse, applying fair-use limits, and investigating incidents.
- To understand how our own site is used and improve it: which pages and markets people visit, where visits come from, and which features work.
- To understand which pages and campaigns led to a request: when you send an offer or call request, a short summary of this browser's visits to our site may be attached to the request (see section 6).
- To comply with law, keep required records, and protect rights and safety.
Entering an address doesn't show you own the property, and a property profile or estimate isn't an offer.
4. AI concierge
The concierge (Mira) is an AI system, not a person, and it can make mistakes. To answer you, your messages and the property context on your screen are sent from our servers to our AI model provider, Anthropic, which processes them on our behalf under its commercial terms. Those terms don't allow it to use your messages to train its models. Some routine replies are produced by our own software without an AI model.
Where conversations are kept. Your conversation is saved in your own browser so it's there if you come back, for up to 7 days or until you choose "Start over". We don't store conversation transcripts on our servers; our logs record only technical details (such as timing, cost and errors), not what you wrote. If you send an offer or call request from the chat, the request includes the details you shared and a short summary of the conversation, so our team doesn't ask you again.
Please don't share Social Security numbers, bank or card details, passwords or other sensitive information in chat. The concierge can't make an offer or confirm an appointment on its own.
5. Cookies, browser storage and tracking
We use only what the Services need to work and stay secure. Every cookie and storage item, and why it's there, is listed in our Cookie Notice. In short:
- Strictly necessary cookies, set by us: a 30-minute security session for address lookups, a 2-day browser identifier used only for fair-use limits, a short-lived permission for the 3D view, and your sign-in session.
- Browser storage for features you're using: your concierge conversation (up to 7 days), your map-style preference, and details kept for the current tab.
- First-party analytics cookies, where we use them, set and read only by us: a random visitor identifier (30 days) and a visit identifier (ends 30 minutes after your last activity). They don't contain your name, contact details or any address, and they're not set if you opt out, if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or where the law requires consent first.
- No advertising or cross-site cookies, pixels, third-party analytics, fingerprinting or session recording.
- Cloudflare protects the site and runs the security check; it may set its own strictly necessary security cookies if a request looks automated.
Because we use nothing that requires your prior consent, we don't show a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we'll ask for your consent before switching anything on, and update this policy and the Cookie Notice first.
6. When we share information
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with buyers, investors or partners. We share information only as needed to provide the Services:
- Service providers that work on our behalf under contract: hosting and security (Cloudflare), maps and address services (Google Maps Platform), AI (Anthropic), email delivery (Amazon Web Services), which sends our team's notification and your confirmation, our text-message system (LeadCommand), which sends the texts about your request, and property-data providers. Requests are stored securely on Cloudflare. When you send a request, our team receives it by email, with a summary of this browser's visits to our site where analytics is on: how you first and most recently arrived (page type, source, campaign), how many visits, and counts of actions such as searches.
- Closing a sale. If you sign a purchase agreement with us, the title or escrow company, and any attorneys or lenders involved in that closing, receive what they need to close. Prominent may assign its purchase agreement to another buyer, or buy the property and resell it at the same closing (a double close). If an agreement is assigned, the closing documents, which include your name and the property, go to the assignee and the title company as part of that closing, as they would in any sale. Your contact details and the other information you give us are never shared with buyers, investors or partners for any other purpose.
- When required by law, or to protect people, property or our rights.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
We don't use cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, and we don't sell or share personal information as those terms are used in state privacy laws.
7. Calls, texts and email
If you ask us to contact you about your property, by sending an offer request, requesting or scheduling a call, or using your account, you agree that Prominent may contact you about that request by phone call, text message and email at the number and email you gave us, including with automated technology. These messages are about your request: your property, your offer, your call and your closing. They're not marketing, and we don't sell your number.
Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also email info@prominentcashoffer.com to change how we contact you. We keep a minimal record of opt-outs so we don't contact you after you stop us. Asking us to stop texts doesn't cancel your request, and we may still email you about it unless you ask us not to. The full messaging terms are in our Terms of Use.
8. Property records and corrections
Property facts come from public records, map providers, licensed data and what you tell us, and may be out of date. We show only records we can confidently match to the address you picked; if we can't, we say so instead of guessing. Your corrections are kept with your request and don't change county records.
9. How long we keep information
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Lookup security session | 30 minutes |
| Browser identifier for fair-use limits | 2 days |
| Concierge conversation (in your browser) | Up to 7 days, or until you choose Start over |
| Analytics cookies | Visitor identifier 30 days; visit identifier 30 minutes after your last activity |
| Analytics visit records (pseudonymous) | 90 days, then deleted |
| Anonymous daily totals | 25 months (totals only, no individual records) |
| Security and error logs | 30 days |
| Offer and call requests, corrections and consent records | While we're working with you, then up to 5 years (consent and opt-out records help us prove and honor your choices) |
| Opt-out records | As long as needed to honor your opt-out |
| Account messages and documents | While your account is open, then up to 3 years |
| Transaction files for a completed sale | 7 years after closing, for legal, tax and accounting records |
We may keep information longer when the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
10. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, bot protection and spending limits on outside services. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send highly sensitive information through chat or email.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of certain uses, and to appeal if we decline. Email info@prominentcashoffer.com with the subject "Privacy request". We'll confirm we received it, verify it in a way that fits what you're asking (we never ask for full ID documents in a first message), and respond within the time the law requires, generally 45 days. Authorized agents may act for you where the law allows. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we decline a request, we'll explain why, and you can appeal by replying with the subject "Privacy appeal".
Analytics choices. On Your Privacy Choices you can turn off analytics for this browser, see the analytics records linked to it, and delete them.
Global Privacy Control. We honor GPC as an opt-out: with GPC on (or Do Not Track), we don't set analytics cookies, record a journey or attach visit history to a request.
We won't release information about a property's owner to someone just because they know the address.
12. Children, other sites and changes
The Services are for adults and aren't directed to children under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. Links to other sites are covered by their own policies. If we change this policy materially, we'll update the effective date and give any notice the law requires.
